• The Ammons at Asheville Highway is an affordable, accessible, safe housing complex that features walkability to many City amenities, like the bus line, a park, library, and grocery store, and is located with easy access to the interstate.
• The 102,267 square foot facility was constructed at the site of a blighted hotel on Asheville Highway. It offers 28 two-bedroom units and 52 three-bedroom units.
• The design is traditional with a modern flare, and is comfortable while being economical. The efficient design results in affordable rents and low utility bills. This project contributes much-needed quality housing to the Knoxville market.
