• Construction of four residences with suite- and apartment-style student housing with 500+ keys in Philippi, West Virginia
• Construction of 2,000-seat stadium to house athletic programs, including training room with whirlpool facility, locker rooms and laundry facilities
• Development of the Music Building and the Campus Community Center, which includes welcome center, bookstore, mail center, campus life offices, student organization meeting rooms and health and fitness facility
