KNOXVILLE, TENN. – October 21, 2019 – In the wake of substantial growth, Partners Development will relocate to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, by November 1, 2019.
The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) announced that Zoo Knoxville has been recognized with AZA’s 2019 Exhibit Design Award for its significant achievement in creating the Boyd Family Asian Trek exhibit. Zoo Knoxville received this national award during AZA’s September conference in New Orleans.
Knoxville, Tenn. – Zoo Knoxville has a new dining option for visitors located in Asian Trek with great views of Gibbon Trails and Langur Landing. The Beastro Café is now open featuring signature Asian-inspired menu items created by Executive Chef Richard Harris that includes the Asian Burger, Vietnamese Chicken Salad, Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich, a variety of stir fry options and a selection of grab-and-go sandwiches and salads.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. Today, Tennessee Governor-elect Bill Lee announced three appointments to his cabinet for the Department of Health, the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and the Department of General Services.
“Ancient Lore Village at Boyd Hollow,” is slated to open in South Knoxville in 2020 and Partners is proudly managing project development. The new 40-acre resort will feature more than 150 period homes and treehouses, a restaurant, a 500-person event center and a 1,000-seat outdoor amphitheater.

Cherokee Farm Innovation Campus is a research and development park that gives businesses access to the most powerful tools available in materials science and high-performance computing, along with the internationally renowned researchers at the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
We are excited to announce that we officially broke ground on Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC) Five Points Phase III project, which will replace older public housing buildings with new affordable housing.
We were extremely proud to provide project management services to Grace Construction on the Ely Building in beautiful downtown Knoxville. We helped reconfigure and renovate this unique space into a modern and elegant single-family home.
