“In its initial concept, the Knoxville Museum of Art (KMA) was envisioned as a place where all who entered could experience the visual arts in a state-of-the-art environment. As Project Manager for the facility, Partners Development broadened our vision and encouraged us to seek an even greater potential for the building. Working with the architect and contractor, Partners created a facility which offers so much more: world-class exhibition spaces for the visual arts, an inti-mate performance hall with regularly scheduled concerts, educational venues for area children, and conference spaces for corporate meetings and presentations. Because of the experience and insights of Partners during the planning and development stages, KMA is now a facility that has become known for a multiplicity of the arts and has attracted a much broader cross section of the general public than originally anticipated.”
